I am originally from Ireland but have lived in Finland for over two years conducting originally an exchange and later an MSSc, yet will remain in Finland while waiting to begin a Ph.D. in September. During my studies in Finland, I have taught children, adults, and students from Jyväskylä to Tampere. My private classes ranged from: overviewing homework; practicing speaking and pronunciation; advanced grammar exercises; to overviewing essays and thesis materials. Therefore, I have an adequate understanding and respect for the difficulties faced by Finns when speaking or writing English.
